Circus Juventas is excited to be a part of this semester’s Flipside after school program in four Saint Paul Public Middle Schools. Flipside is an after school program that provides students with unique after school activities that support non-academic learning and give students access to new experiences. We are excited to get to be a part of this program, and expose more Saint Paul youth to the world of circus! Circus Juventas started a relationship with Flipside last spring, when we brought circus to the after school program at Murray Middle School. This year, we had the ability to add more schools and are now at Murray, Highland, Ramsey, and Battle Creek Middle Schools. Students will get to learn a variety of circus acts, including juggling, acrobatics, globes, handstands, and even low wire! They are taught by coaches Gabe, Tamir, Kelsey, and Mostapha, and assistant coaches Noah, Emily, Mara, and Anna. This relationship with the middle schools is a great opportunity for us, and we are all geared up for a great semester!
