Lili Rancone
Lili was born in Chile where she began her ballet training at the age of nine, invited by the prestigious Instituto de Bellas Artes of Vina del Mar. Her artistic accomplishments led her to become an instructor at the early age of 15. Liliana continued teaching and dancing professionally as she studied at the University of Valparaiso to become a bilingual teacher with a degree in American and English Literature. Her artistic work in Chile included classical ballet, jazz, and musical theater, on stage as well as TV. At age 24, Liliana accepted a scholarship from the St. Paul Public Schools to come to the U.S. and was later offered a teaching position. As she worked on her Master’s degree, Liliana continued teaching and dancing professionally for numerous years, including choreographing for Circus Juventas since 1995.
