Kristina Ivanova Dawson
Kristina began her acrobatic career at the age of 5, training with her father who was a World Champion in Power Tumbling and her mother who was a “Master of Sport” in Acro Pairs. She started performing onstage at the age of 8 with her family, in a Circus that traveled throughout Central America. In 1996, at 11 years old, Kristina signed her first contract to perform with Cirque du Soleil’s Alegria. She toured the world with the show for seven years before joining the cast of Cirque’s show “La Nouba” as a power tumbler and character. In 2017, Kristina signed with “Mystere” performing as a tumbler, teeterboard flyer, Chinese poles acrobat, and bungee artist. After 25 years with Cirque, Kristina and Rob are excited to share their experiences and start a new chapter with Circus Juventas.
