Rachel Butler Norris
Rachel has been at Circus Juventas since its inception in 1994, first as a student, then as a coach, and now as an indispensable, leading force in the organization. As a student, she wowed audiences in innumerable Circus Juventas productions, performed in Madeline and the Gypsies at the Children’s Theater Company, and dazzled internationally at the Circo Fesivale Internazionale di Latina in Italy. After earning a BA in Advertising from the University of St. Thomas in 2008, she rose to the position of lead coach and then Assistant Artistic Director. Now as the Artistic Director, Rachel leads the artistic vision of CJ – overseeing and directing all performances under the big top!
