Our virtual classes are back and better than ever!
Our six-week, live online virtual fall session, running from October 12-November 21, has plenty to offer. We’ve brought back our most popular virtual classes from summer, spanning a wide range of circus arts including acrobatics, aerial conditioning, handstands, and contortion! Sign up for an entire series, or purchase individual classes week-by-week. We have something for everyone, so check it out!!
- Act-specific classes: Acrobatics, Contortion, Handstands, Dance, and more!
- These classes will help returning students keep on track with their skills and allow new students to try their hand at something different. With a class structure similar to our in-person classes, content will differ depending on acts covered. Students will learn act-specific skills along with flexibility and strength training.
- General conditioning classes: Core Conditioning, Stretching and Strengthening, Conditioning for Aerialists.
- Pre-Recorded Specialty Classes: We have a selection of pre-recorded, specialty classes for purchase! Toddlers, Kinders, Get your Splits, Perfect your Backbend, and more!
- Mix and match: Try one or try them all! Combine act-specific classes with conditioning classes to stay CJ strong.
Our live virtual format will allow students to interact with coaches, receive individualized instruction, learn new skills, and ask questions! Sign up for a full six-week series for a discounted price or purchase individual sessions as you go. Each week will cover new skills and topics.
Registration will go live Wednesday, September 30 for our virtual fall summer session. In order to register, you must be pre-registered and create a student account. Once you have pre-registered, you will automatically receive the link to register via email! If you have previously pre-registered, you will receive a link when registration goes live. Simply use the registration link each time you want to purchase a class throughout the session. It couldn’t be easier!

Virtual Classes Schedule
Our virtual fall session runs October 12-November 21.
All classes are 45 minutes long.
This class will help to build muscle and endurance for the beginner aerialist. We will focus on upper body and core exercises, while also training cardio and stamina to help build those muscles needed to progress as an aerialist!
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class – carpeted area (or yoga mat), ankle weights, yoga blocks or hand weights.
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Enough space to lie on the floor with arms and legs outstretched.
This class is designed to slow down, and focus on small movement patterns that create better shaping for faster moving acro skills. The class will include elements that promote balance coordination, and general body awareness.
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class- 6 ft tape line, foam roller, step/panel mat (not a stair).
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Grass/carpet/padded, unobstructed (i.e. sharp edges/corners).
Flexibility and strength are the base for every circus isipline. This class will focus on stretches for handstands and aerial work, as well as strengthening for aerial, acrobatic, and balance disciplines.
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class – yoga mat, carpet area, pull-up bar, foam block, chair, sandbag wrist/ankle weights. Will ask students what equipment they have at home and modify as needed.
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Preferably no overhead fixtures/fan/lights.
This class will work primarily on building good form, technique and improving and building general flexibility.
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class: soft carpet or padding.
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc.
Beginner to intermediate level whole-body, dynamic core strengthening including the upper and lower extremities. Each week will gradually build on the exercises by increasing duration, intensity, and repetitions.
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class – yoga mat, carpet area, pull-up bar, foam block, chair, sandbag wrist/ankle weights, free weights or 14-28 oz canned goods. Will ask students what equipment they have at home and modify as needed.
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Preferably no overhead fixtures/fan/lights.
Students will train and engage muscles that work towards the ability to hold a handstand, as well as the specific handstand technique needed to balance on a chair.
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class- mat or carpet or yoga mat, wall for support, handstand blocks.
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Can be outdoors in grassy, flat area.
Students will learn warm-up sequences incorporating basic dance technique and learn basic terminology of the dance structure. Throughout the 5 weeks, these exercises will start basic and slowly progress each week. Students will also get to explore different dance styles by learning a short phrase each week in ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop and contemporary.
Equipment needed:
Ballet Barre such as a dinning chair, kitchen counter, dresser, etc., yoga mat or sweatshirt to protect the tailbone in conditioning
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Preferably no overhead fixtures/fan/lights.
Give your Kinder a break from distance learning with Circus Juventas! We’ll have your student up and moving, stretching, bending, and balancing all week. Each class will feature a different coach and focus on a different act using items that can be found around the house!
Equipment needed:
May use some or all if students have them, though they are not necessary to enroll in class: soft carpet or padding.
Space required:
8×8 floor area, removing nearby furniture, tripping hazards, etc. Room to move around!
In just a few minutes every day, you can increase your back flexibility and GET YOUR BACKBEND! This is a follow-along class for a all levels designed to be repeated throughout the week.

In just a few minutes every day, you can increase your flexibility and PERFECT YOUR SPLITS! This is a follow-along class for all levels designed to be repeated throughout the week.

Keep your pre-schooler moving and shaking with Circus Juventas! Each 20-minute, pre-recorded class will feature a different CJ coach and act and feature exercises you can do with items around the house. Whether they are juggling tissues, learning to walk the yarn wire, or using a few pillows to help out with a somersault, we’ll have your little ones getting their wiggles out in true Circus Juventas form.
