All applications are reviewed and approved by the Administrative team and the Executive Director. Students who are selected to coach must demonstrate a high skill level in their circus training, in addition to a strong sense of maturity, engagement with the program, and enthusiasm for student coaching. Work-study students typically complete a year of job-training as a cleaner before being eligible to student coach.
