Students who are registered for performing classes are assumed to perform. If your student is registered for a spring show performing class in fall session and decides not to perform, we ask that the student move into one of our non-performing classes for winter session and free up that performing spot. Starting in winter session, when costume charges are billed (those charges are nonrefundable), we are finalizing show teams, beginning to think of routines, and partner training increases. Losing performers during winter or spring sessions makes it very hard for teams to come together and finalize routines. Therefore, we ask that students in spring show performing classes commit to those performances during winter registration.

If your family has a conflict with any of the Spring Celebration Performances dates, email adminstaff@circusjuventas.org by early December, and we’ll do our best to schedule your performer around those conflicts.
