The Work-Study Leadership Program is designed to help students (age 14 and older) to cultivate lifelong skills and either earn credit toward tuition or participate in our pay-it-forward option. The criteria we are looking for are: 

• Show professionalism in dress and respect in attitude toward fellow students, coaches, staff, and the CJ community
• Promptly attend scheduled classes and assigned shifts
• Prove to be a responsive communicator who can handle the responsibility of a weekly schedule
• Execute their assigned tasks thoroughly and thoughtfully
